Various cuisine options:
1) Marinate chicken / meat / goats with salt, garlic, ginger and leave for 30 minutes or more and fry.
2) Cook PES KUZI with 1/2 cans of liquid milk. Put 3 water mugs little by little. Stir-fry until boil and put in a side dish. Letting gravy become thick.
3) Closing fire, let gravy and integrated dish in pot.
4) If it is preferable to add raisins and fried almonds into the gravy.
***Ideally eaten with Roti Jala / nasi minyak or tomato rice.
